Name: Shea Coley
Title: Rental Services Coordinator
Company: Integrity Rental Services
Q: How long have you been with Integrity Rental Services?
A: 3 years
Q: Tell me what a typical day looks like for you?
A: Each day varies. It always depends on the needs of our tenants, trades and vendors. Most days I’m in the office doing administrative work (answering phones, post move-in docs, working with HOA, etc.) but occasionally will need to be out in the field, walking properties.
Q: What is your biggest challenge?
A: Staffing!! We are struggling trying to find a maintenance team!
Q: What do you love about your job?
A: I’m a people person, so I love talking to and working with our tenants, trades and vendors and building those personal relationships with them.
Q: Tell me your craziest resident story:
A: Several times we’ve walked into one of our not yet rented/vacant homes and found people living in our houses!
Q: How long have you used our service?
A: 1.5 years
Q: What’s the best part of FilterTime’s Property Management Program?
A: Honestly, Crystal (FilterTime’s VP of Ops). She is literally the best to work with. Always helpful and quick to respond. The entire program is very user friendly, which I love!
Q: What have the residents told you about the service?
A: They love the rotation. They don’t have to think about filters. Once they arrive, they just pop them in.
